Brooke Comes to Visit

Our friend Brooke moved to Colorado 2 years ago, and she just came back for the first time to visit! We all got to hang out and this week was her birthday week- the 24th is her birthday. So on the 23rd we went shopping and then we went to BJs for dinner.

Disneyland [6-16-08]

Heather, Kara, Dave and I went to Disneyland on the 16th, and we had So much fun- well mostly. We went to California Adventure first and went on Screamin and then afterwards we went over to bugs land, but we were SO hot. It was really humid and hot and so we went over to Bugs land where they have water things, and we drenched our hair to make us cooler. It worked, but it was just a really hot and crowded day. We went on the train, and Indiana Jones, the Rapids water ride, Soaring, Screamin, and I think thats it. But we all had a good day. :)

Surprise 18th! [June 6, 2008]

Basically it was the best surprise birthday party I could have EVER hoped for. My sister and Mom and Friends did a GREAT job. It was an awesome day.

The whole day was good- well the 6th and the 7th.

6th- I went to lunch at Panera Bread with Mom and Heath.

Dave, grant and Trent came over- we played video games.

Trent, me, and dave went to target and barnes and noble.

Went back home to play more video games.

Grant went to the movies- we took trent home.

Dave and I hang out- move couches at the healeys- get free cold stone..

Play more tetris.

We're "supposed to go pick up grant and nic" and on our way we are supposed to "stop by the jacksons to get a paper dad needs for scout camp"

Dave and I go to the Jacksons- I am surprised- by all my friends for a party.

It was the BEST.

I hugged everyone and told them I felt like an idiot cause I had absolutely NO idea.

K. Sergey and I pulled momo and Candace in the pool dragging ourselves along with them- in our jeans.

It was a blast.

We played moffia and ate food, and had cake.

We played fruit bowl.

I opened presents.

I loved my life.

Me, abe, taylor, kara, dave, and kim hung out at my house-

I walk abe out- we talk for like 20 minutes about stuff that makes me smile.

A while later I walk dave out- we talk for like an hour about stuff that I really needed to talk to him about and things he talked to me about.. we gave eachother advice, and I love my best friend.

Kim falls asleep after talking to me and kara for a bit.

Kara and I do the kare and niki thing by talking til what- 4?

Then we get up at 7:15

Get ready- go pick up chase and Michael- and go to ihop.

It was fun.

Ria met us there.

I got a bubble machine- it makes me smile.

We hang out mike falls asleep

We listen to the f flats.

Take chase and mike home.

Kare kim and I go to kares and bbq and swim.

I leave and go to bjs with the familia and dave.

I come home and hang out with tight grandma 1 auntie Linda, and parentals.

Fun fun fun.

Santa Monica Beach June 5th

I went to the beach with Amy, Ria, Trent, and Dave. We didn't end up going in the water, but it was a great day we went and walked around went on the swings, and on our way home we blew bubbles out the windows and people honked at us and smiled and loved it. it was a blast.

Ok so my Wednesday-Thursday was AMAZING.

It all really started last night with institute. Kara Kim and I went to institute-(Mormon church class) And we started the New Testament- which is SO good. Anyways it started out great because there were SO many new people there, and it just made me smile J Afterwards we went to Kara's to hang out and play games- it ended up as a huge sleep over, and Trent and Dave even stayed until 4 in the morning. We all sat around playing truth or dare- but mostly truth, and I don't even know why it was so fun, but it was. Then today Ria texts me and her, Amy, myself, Dave and Trent end up going to the beach- Santa Monica. Well between playing Yellow Car on the way down- me winning ahhaha, bubbles on ocean avenue, riding the puke mobile with out blowing chunks, getting 2 rides on the coaster, trying to kill pigeons, taking pictures of them jumping off the swings, and sinking my feet into the sand and cool ocean water, inn in out, and rockin out in ria's car… today was just- a blast.

A lot of fun.

On the bubbles- Ria bought these amazing bubbles and we were going slow enough that they were just blowing so perfectly, and we were leaving a trail of bubbles behind us- we actually got a few laughs, and smiles, and it totes made my day.

But my favorite was this guy on the freeway that totes thought we were on crack or something- but he talked to us a little and then as he sped up was like "get me some of whatever you're on!" haha. It was amazing.

I can't fully account why the day was so perfect- but it was.

Ria, Amy, Trent, Dave- you know it was.

This has been a perfect week to start my summer- and to complete the perfect week:

Tomorrow: chillin with dave.

Saturday: my birthday- seeing Michael- family dinner- legally driving people-18 woohoo!

YAY.

Nickie is happy :)

My Last Mutual

So this is 5 days before my 18th birthday, and my last mutual. With our ward splitting we lost our Young Women's President, and so we went over and visited with her.

June 2, 2008 Disneyland

Well- we went to Disneyland with Brayden, and it was really fun. It was a fun way to start off summer. It wasn't too crowded and we all had a great time.
